At Urbanica, we take immense pride in our architectural transformations, and the D-4 police station conversion is one of our standout projects. This remarkable endeavor entailed turning the former D-4 police station into a luxurious condominium building comprising twenty-five exquisite units.
Our design approach involved a meticulous restoration of the existing shell, preserving its historical essence while making subtle modifications to the principal elevations. To complement the original structure, we introduced a new two-story block on the rear elevation, creating an enchanting courtyard within the building envelope. This captivating space is now adorned with a sleek glass roof, perfectly aligning with our dedication to green building concepts.
