+ A space for creators 

This project is a conversion of a medical clinic building into nine loft-style condominiums ranging from 900-1800 sq. ft. Prior to renovation, the building was in a state of disrepair. The renovation involved restoring the fine character of the existing shell while outfitting the interior with new building systems. The roof was also rebuilt, complete with new skylights over the main staircase. The basement was opened on one side to allow for vehicular access and eight parking spaces.

The lofts were designed to appeal to those with an interest in designing their own living spaces. As such, the spaces were left purposely raw, unencumbered with interior partitions, save for kitchens and bathrooms. The ceilings are at least ten feet high for each unit. On upper floors, the ceilings vary from twelve to fourteen feet in height. The project was completed in 1998.
