P2

P2 will be a mixed use development located right in the heart of Providence. The Project is slated to have 194 residential rental units including 12 Artist Live-and-work spaces. Included will be 60 indoor parking spaces and adequate bike storage.

Focused on making a space for the entire community, we also plan on having a 1500 sq ft open plaza with greenery and seating. 7500 sq ft of space will be dedicated for retail and restaurants, making P2 a local hotspot for the Providence community and residents alike.
