UHomes was proposed in response to a 2017 Request for Proposals led by the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) for the vacant parcel. UHomes is a mixed-income homeownership development with 15,000 sq. ft. of public green space. There are 20 two and three bedroom condominium units, of which 12 will be deed-restricted affordable units. The project is designed to be compact, yet flexible and environmentally sustainable. Eco-friendly construction and zero-maintenance luxury are hallmarks of UHomes, a townhouse-style living community that puts your physical, environmental, and social wellness first.
