This project came out of a public RFP process with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). Tilia JP offers 54 sustainably-built contemporary condominiums that set a new standard for eco-friendly living in the heart of Jamaica Plain. Ranging in size from 750 to 1,900-square-feet, each townhouse and flat-style residence—from the single floor 1 and 2 bedrooms to the expansive 3 bedroom duplexes—offers modern, open living spaces with designer fixtures and finishes and energy efficiency and sustainability is incorporated right into the design.
