six9one residences occupy a previously vacant site in Boston’s South End neighborhood. It is one of the last new‐built developments in the South End, Boston, with approximately 45,00sf of space including the basement garage. There are 40 residential units, ranging from 550sf to 1,800sf with unit types including studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms residences. There are also 30 deeded parking spaces available.

Ground floor units are proposed as Small Office Home Office or “SoHo” units, taking advantage of the easy street access. These six first floor units are intended to attract professionals needing a home office, or artists who would like to house a small gallery. six9one residences is built with the highest construction standards and offers a multitude of green and sustainable features such as efficient heating and cooling systems, terracotta rain screen panels, green‐screen balconies, and high performance insulation and double‐glazed windows.

Urbanica’ s unique vertically‐integrated structure assured of quality and efficiency of cost and time, by coordinating the project from in‐house and in partnership with Studio Luz Architects.
